Obverse: The legend al-Sultan Muhammad Ali Shah Qajar in the center over the bust of the Shah facing left.

Reverse: Sun and lion holding a sword with the date at the bottom. The Qajar crown is on the top center. The legend reads 5000 dinars.

Reference: KM #1018.VERY RARE

Notes: This type of Muhammad Ali Shah's coin was minted only once in 1327. Due to economical and political chaos in Iran during the reign of this Shah, his coins are very very rare. The obverse of his coins always is very softly struck even in XF condition. There some dents on the rim, it may be worn as a medal for awhile.
