Obverse: Athena, sitting, wearing a Corinthian helmet, facing left next to a plinth on which rest, laurels and wreaths. // Reverse: ASSOCIATION POUR L’ENSEIGNEMENT SECONDAIRE DES JEUNES FILLES A LA SORBONNE / CHIMIE 2ME MEDAILLE MELLE CALLANDREAUM 1911 – Cartouche engraved with dedication surrounded by a partial wreath and a lamp of knowledge on the upper left all surrounded by legend. About uncirculated, bronze, 45.13 mm, 55.80 gm, plain smooth edge stamped with a cornucopia mint mark and the word BRONZE. This is an original strike by the French Mint and about 100 years old.
