Cyprus under Venice. Girolamo Priuli. 1559 to 1567.
Denomination : Bronze Carzia.
Reference : I don't have a good reference on these.
Size : 14.3 x 14.7 mm. Weight : 0.47 grams.
Grade : F but over cleaned and very slightly rough. A little nicer than the image suggests.
Obverse : Short cross with a egg shaped mark in each quarter, with GERON PRIOLI DVX around.
Reverse : Lion of Cyprus rampart left. There is a partial inscription and what I can read starts with S MARCVS VENITVS.
