ΣAKOV/EYEIΓETOV ΔIKAIOV [E]ΠIΦΛNOVΣ/[ΦIΛE]ΛΛHN[OΣ] (sic), archer
(Arsakes I) seated right on throne, holding bow, monogram below bow.
