Though RIC attributed this issue to Trier, it is actually from Cyzicus. See the president's address of J.P.C. Kent in Numismatic Chronicle 1987

The engraver at Cyzicus was given this coin type from Trier and told to copy it for a Cyzicus die. He did not understand that PTR was for Trier and should have been replaced with KS; so he put it between Providentia and Quies.
