Obv: C PIV ESV TETRICVS CAES, radiate and draped bust right.

Rev: PIETAS AVGG, Sacrificial implements, spinkler, simpulum, jug with handle to right and lituus.

double striking on obverse.

extremely rare type with long obverse legend (instead of C P E TETRICVS CAES). According to M. Weder (Korrekturen, Ergänzungen & Anmerkungen zum AGK) this type does not exist from official dies. Possibly the first specimen from official dies. The specimen depicted in AGK is just the normal type with short obverse legend.
