Notes: This is an anonymous copper coin belonging to the reign of Shah Sultan Hussein Safavi who was the monarch until he was overthrown by Afghani invasion of Iran. During his reign many artists were serving him, a notable among them was Mirza Ahmad Neirizi, the master of Persian calligraphy. He arrived at the Court of the king in AH1110 and remained with him till the end. Engraving of this piece, in my view, is of his work.
