Comments The so-called "Bombay fabric" coins of Damasena are are relatively recent discoveries from hoards found in Bombay and Ahmedabad. The coins are of lighter weight and do not carry dates or the blundered Greek legends on the obverse, while the reverse Brahmi legends are frequently blundered. This coin has the full, good reverse legend and is scarce as such for these coins. Note also that the reverse moon is here above the chaitya!
