Rosen 135

From Alex Malloy 1974:

'The dating derives from teh evidence of hoards, at a time when wht Thracian Chernesos struck almost entirely hemidrachms on the Persic standard.  ... The small denomination of (Rosen) 135 is rare, if not unique."

Obviously with this example, Rosen's plate coin is not unique.
