41/40 BC was a very important year. Labienus and Pacoras had been killed and the Parthians were evicted from Syria by the Roman Imperial forces of Antony and Octavian. In that year, Antony and Cleopatra were married in Antioch.

The monogram below the date has been identified as KL, in honor of Antony and Cleopatra.
