This is a nice head of a fertility type that were planted with the seed corn as a votive offering. It has nice traces of remaining red paint. It is from the collection of Lorenz Borenstein, #1020, and measures 42mm by 28mm. Found near Chupicuard, Michoacan, Mexico. This head comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Lorenz Borenstein with a line drawing of the head on the certificate.
