Rev: Dea Caelestis riding a lion right, holding a drum and scepter. Water gushes from a rock on the left "INDVLGENTIA AVGG IN CARTH"
This type commemorates some special mark of favor on the city of Carthage. Apparenly it was something to do with the water supply but the details are unknown.
