Grade: Small die break on cheek. A beautifully toned example with sharp strike.

Crawford suggests that the type may allude to the first Greek doctor to come to Rome practised "in compito Acilio" (Pliny, NH xxix, 12). Another possibility is the type alludes to a Caesarian victory.
