Ireland, James I (1603-25), silver Sixpence, second coinage (1604-07), first crowned bust right, beaded circles and legend surrounding, initial mark rose (1605-06) both sides, .IACOBVS. D; G; MAG; BRIT; FRA; ET. HI; REX., rev. crowned harp, mint mark small rose struck over a large rose, beaded circles and legend surrounding, .TVEATVR. VNITA. DEVS. weight 2.07g (DF 262; S.6517). Toned, a few light hairline scratches, red wax deposit on obverse, otherwise almost very fine.
 
The abbreviated Latin legends translate as on the obverse, "James, by the grace of God, King of England, Scotland France and Ireland," and on the reverse "May God guard the united."
