Alexander III of Macedon, circa 305-295 BC. AR Tetradrachm. Corinth mint. Struck circa 310-290 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; Chimaera in left field, NO below throne. Price 677. Nice VF, some toning.
 
 According to Price, A Chimaera only appears as a symbol on two rare issues of Corinth and no other mints.
