The reverse of the coin shows the home of Circe, a sorceress who transforms some of Odysseus' men into pigs. The figures of Circe and Odysseus are colored and on the top of the reverse the inscriptions: ODYSSEY - the name of the series and CIRCE'S ISLAND - the name of the coin. On the obverse, a very complex and rich representation of Odysseus' journey with several elements which are the symbols of his experiences.
