HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, bare headed, bearded and cuirassed bust right of Hadrian.
Reverse.COS III, cultus statue of Kore standing facing, robed with veil over wrists falling down to feet, wheat stalk to left and wheat stalk and poppy right.

Better than very fine, crude style.
I have attributed this coin to Sardis on the basis that a Cistophorus of Hadrian, RPC III.1386, has a very similar reverse.
