Good very fine or better or issue, figure of Tiberius weak, nice glossy dark green patina with slight dusting of earth.Reverse.die flaw from edge at 9 O;clock to centre of Theodosius chest;trace of an undertype.Extremely rare in this condition.
One of the finest examples extant.
Cherson is the modern Sevastopol.
