Issued by Frederick of Hohenstaufen (Federico II di Svevia), who ruled the Kingdom of Sicily as Frederick I of Sicily, but was also known as Frederick II, Holy Roman Emperor. Probably struck after 1220 and his accession to the imperial throne.
