This is a nice large Hellenistic spindle flask or amphora, used to transport and keep oil.

It is datet to 4th-3th cent BC.

The body tapering to a wide, flat foot, the slip coated neck tubular with a well-formed lip rim.
With a ribbed decoration
33 cm long and 95 mm wide.
Completely intact.
Found in the North of Jerusalem, Samaria.
Completely intact and unrestaured.
