Obv. Laureate bust right, slight drapery.
Rev. Hadrian seated left on platform on right, extending hand to woman standing right below, holding child and placing her hand on head of second child standing at her side.

Dark green patina, some earthy tone dust around devices.
Traces of minor cleaning scratches. Struck on an impressive 36mm large flan.
