C. 4th - 7th century AD
Ellipsoid shaped seal with incised recumbent horse or Pegasus left
The winged horse is very popular in Sassanian art. What are thought to be official sealings with Pegasus It was thought that the sacred flame was brought down from heaven by a winged horse (Fire Stallion).  Seals engraved with this motif probably allude to this legendary winged horse but the the winged horse could represent the constellation Pegasus and so also have an astrological significance.
