Comments
Nasiral-din Shahs hammered Qirans were made from 1264AH until 1295 whenmachine struck coins were introduced. From 1264 till 1271 the standardweight for qirans were 5.37gr.(type A) but from 1271 onward the reducedweight was 4.99gr. This must be one of the earliest machine struck trial issues that started in 1295.
