Grade :  F/VF but a trace rough.  The obverse is weakly struck.

Obverse
: Head of Valentinian II right, with DN VALENTINIANVS P F AVG around.

Reverse : Valentinian II standing forward with head left, holding a small figure of Victory on a globe to his right, and extending his other hand to a kneeling female, with REPARATIO REIPVB around, and  walking right, holding labarum, while reaching behind to grab the hair of a kneeling captive, with GLORIA ROMANORVM around and the mint mark  SMTES  below with an A in the right field (Thessalonica, 1st officina).
