Obverse : Head of Theodosius II 3/4 facing, with a spear held behind, with DN THEODOSIVS P F AVG around.

Reverse :  Constantinopolis enthorned forward with head left, holding a sceptre and small figure of Victory on globe, with one foot set on a prow, and CONCORDIA AVGG (theta) around, and CONOB below.
