Grade : VF/F, a trace rough.

Obverse : Head of Severus right, with L SEPT SEV PERT AVG IMP V around.

Reverse : A military trophy composed of captured arms on a pole, and two captives seated below, with PART ARAB PART ADIAB around, with COS II P P below.  Parts of the inscriptions are weakly struck.

This type is often described as two captives between trophy, but I believe the captives are part of the trophy.
