 When we purchased this coin it was in a ANACS holder, and the image of it was taken while it was still in that holder, which is why the edges seem odd.  We have not removed it from that holder.

Denomination : Silver denarius. Mint : Rome.

Size : 18.5 x 19.2 mm.   Weight : 2.59 gram.

Grade :  aXF

Obverse : Head of Macrinus right, with IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG around.

Reverse : Jupiter standing left holding a thunderbolt and sceptre, with, with PONTIF MAX TR P COS P P around.  To the right of Jupiters staff you can see a V shaped area that looks like rough metal.  It is actually a die clash with the V shape is Macrinus' nose.

The coin  is no longer in the ANACS holder, but an image of the coin when it was still in the ANACS holder can be seen below :
