Obverse : Head of Apollo right, with PANSA behind and a control mark of a torch in the lower right field. 

Reverse : Minerva, holding a trophy and spear, while driving a quadriga right, with C VIBIVS C F below.

The edges of this coin are slightly odd, flowing evidence of the flashing from when the original flan was cast prior to striking.  You can see them as little lips sticking out around the edges on the image, and it would be easy to confuse these with the flashing seen on some cast fakes if you are not experienced in the differences.  This type if feature is actually preserved on many coins, but not normally as pronounced as on this specimen.
