Grade :  gVF.  This coin proved very difficult to image, and the coin has a lot more detail than the image suggests.  This specimen is well-centred with every letter of both the obverse and reverse inscriptions fully on the flan and clear.

Obverse : Head of Hanniballianus right, with FL HANNIBALLIANO REGI around.

Reverse : Personification of the river Euphrates seated right over water flowing from an urn, leaning on a sceptre, with a river reed in the background, with SECVRITAS PBVLICA around, and the mint mark CONSS below.
