Mint: Aegeae in Cilicia.  The city name can also be spelled Aigeai, and is the modern city of Adana
 
Date: year 178 of the Caesarian era, which is AD 132 to 133.

Size: 24.9 x 25.7 mm. Weight: 13.67 grams.
 
Grade: VF with a nice strike, nearly full inscriptions (some letters are weak at the end of the obverse inscription, although they are readable). 
 
Obverse: Head of Hadrian right with AYTOKP KAIΣ TRAIA AΔPIANO ΣEB ΠΠ around.
 
Reverse: Eagle standing forward, wings spread with head right, with AIΓEAIΩN ETOYΣ ΘOP around.  There is a small kneeling goat at the bottom.
