Denomination : Billon tetradrachm.  Mint : Aegeae in Cilicia.

Date : year 180 of the Caesarian era, which is AD 133 to 134.

Reference : Prieur-721.  SNG Switz 1719.

Size : 25.7 x 26.5 mm.  Weight : 13.02 grams.

Grade : VF with only parts of some letters off the flan (more inscription than one normally sees on these). 

Obverse : Head of Hadrian right with AUTOKR KAIS TRAIA ADRIANO SEB PP around.

Reverse : Eagle standing forward, wings spread with head right, with with AIGEAIWN ETOUS PR around.  This reverse inscription is very strong.

These used to be rare type, but a recent group has come on the market so it is now possible to get this type at a reasonable price, at least temporarily.
