Denomination : Silver Groat.  Mint : London.

Date : Light coinage of AD 1464 to 1470 with Initial mark "rose" used in 1468 and 1469.

Reference : Spink-2000.

Size : 25.1 x 26.5 mm.  Weight : 3.11 grams.

Grade : aXF but with a ragged spot on the edge at 8 o'clock (relative to the obverse) that appears to be asmall chip.

Obverse : Head of Edward IV forward, with EDWARD DIE GRA REX ANGL FRANC A around.

Reverse : Long cross with two circles of inscriptions.  The inner circle reads CIVITAS LONDON.  The outer circle reads POSVI DEVM ADIVTORE MEVM (Latin for I HAVE MADE GOD MY HELPER).
