It is likely these types in general were issued during both the rule of William de la Roche, AD 1280-1287 and continud during the the minority of Guy II de la Roche, AD 1287 to 1294.  Because the medieval form of William is spelled with a G for the W, both William and Guy could have used this inscription starting with a G.

However, this specimen appears to be an earlier variation with the double trefoil stops, and is is most likely an issue of Willian de la Roche.
