Obverse : Head of Constantius Gallus right, with DN FL CL CONSTANTIUS NOB CAES around (the last part of the inscription is weakly struck and difficult to read).

Reverse : Soldier standing left, holding a shield and about to spear a fallen horseman, with FEL TEMP REPARATIO around.  Part of the mint mark shows at the bottom and is weak, but appears to read "SMNA" for Nicomedia, 1st officina.  Much of the reverse is weak.
