This is not a coin, but rather an amulet which is more like a good luck charm than a coin.

Date : These are difficult to date, but this is a very well worn amulet with a look similar to coins made in the 17th century under the Ming Rebels, so I am comfortable dating this amulet as no newer than the 18th century, and probably 17th century.

Reference : Schjoth lists this amulet as #37 (plate page 120, text page 77, in the 1976 reprint).

Grade : VG/F

Size : 47.7 mm.  Weight : 27.41 grams.

Obverse : Four characters, which Schjoth translates to mean "A HALL FILLED WITH GOLD AND PRECIOUS STONES".

Reverse : Four characters, which Schjoth translates to mean "LONG LIFE COUPLED WITH WEALTH AND HONOURS".
