Denomination : Bronze 1/2 jin square foot spade. 

Date : These are dated to the later Zhou Dynasty, ca 350 to 250 BC. 

Mint : These have commonly been found in a region in N. Henan that was under the control of the State of Liang at the time.

Reference :  Hartill 3.175.  FD-282.

Size : 48.2 x 28.5 mm.  Weight : 5.35 grams.

Grade : VF with a very clear character.  The patina is slightly crusty.

Obverse : "Gong".

Reverse : Three vertical lines but no characters.
