Denomination : Cast Potin.

Date : second half of the first century BC.

Reference : DLT-7011, BN-7010-1014.

Size : 15.3 x 17.1 mm. Weight : 3.33 grams.

Grade : aXF.  Glossy very dark brown to black patina. Some roughness on the cheek on the obverse.

Obverse : Head left with TURONOS around.  The inscription is retrograde, reading 10 o'clock to 7 o'clock, and the only part not on the flan is the bottom of the T.

Reverse : Stylized horse left, with CANTORIX around.  The inscription reads inward from 12 o'clock to 4 o'clock, and the only part not visible is the C which is lost to the sprew removal point (remember that this is a cast potin).

This is by far the nicest example of this type I have seen, either in person or via images.
