This is a very interesting coin, in that there are two coins involved, both of which can be completely identified.

The finished coin is :

Emperor : Heracleus with Heracleus Constantine, AD 613 to 637.

Denomination : Bronze follis.  Mint : Constantinope, 1st officina.

Date : year-5, AD 614 to 615

Size : 26.5 x 28.8 mm.  Weight : 9.76 grams.

Reference : Sear-805.

Grade : VF.

Obverse : Full length standing figures of Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine, each holding a globus cruseger, with a small cross between their heads. The inscription is fragementary but if complete would read D N hERACLIYS ET HERA CONST P P A. The fragementation is caused by intermixing with fragements from the under type, but you can clearly read the CON of CONST, which is enough to confirm the attribution.

Reverse : A large denomination mark M, with a Chi-Rho above, ANNO to the left, and the Byzantine mark for year 5 ( similar to a u to the right, with the mint mark CON below, with the officina mark A between the legs of the M.  The CON and A are visible, and the date mark is clear, but the ANNO to the left is fragmentary.

The undertype of this coin can also be identified completely as a Follis of Focus and Leontia from Antioch (Theopolis) struck in their 4th year (AD 605 to 606), Sear type 6710.  The obverse of the new coin was struck over the reverse of the earlier type.

Relative to the obverse of the over type, between 7 and 9 o'clock you can read the EUPO of the THEOPO mint mark, and between 5 and 6 o'clock the II II (in two lines) date mark for year 4.  The only a single cross bar of the lower right corner of the M denomination mark is visible at 6:30, but you the small cross above that M is clear at 2 o'clock.

Relative to the reverse of the over type, you can see Focus and Leontia's feet and lower body between 7 and 9 o'clock, and can clearly read NEPE AV (the last part of the inscription) between 4 and 7 o'clock.

The two types blend in togeather which can be confusing at first, but the more you study it, the more features of both types can be made out and differentiated.
