Obverse : Head of  Apollo right.  The city name KIA is off the flan below Apollos head.

Reverse : Prow of a galley right, with the magistrates name in two lines above and below the galley.  Above the Galley I can see GOSEI with two partial uncertain letters to the right. Below the gallery I can see DWINOS, although some of the letters in the middle are not certain.
