This coin copies a Constantine AE 3 of the "VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP" type, and was probably made as a local tribal coinage for use in the region of Thrace.

Obverse : Helmeted head of Constantine right, with an illegible inscription.  The prototype coin would have read IMP CONSTANTINVS P F AVG around.

Reverse : Two standing Victories holding a shied on top of an altar, with an illegaible inscription around.  The prototype coin would have had VOT P R inscribed on the shield, with VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP around.
