Denomination : Silver Zweier. Mint : Salzburg.
Date : 1589
Size : 13.9 x 14.9 mm. Weight : 0.37 grams.
Reference : Probszt #859c
Grade : VF.
Obverse : Tri-lobed arms with a Cardinals hat at the top, with the date 89 (for 1589) below. I assume the three part arms are those of Wolf dietrich, the city of Salzburg, the Bishop's symbols at the top. The date is right at the bottom of the coin up against the edge, so the bottom of the 89 is slightly difficult to read.
Reverse : Blank (this is a uniface coin), although one sees some ghosting of the obverse designs.
