Obv: Head of Julia Maesa right 'IVLIA MAESA AVG'

Rev: 'PIETAS AVG' Pietas standing half left extending her hand over an altar and the other holds an incense box.

Julia Maesa was the grandmother of both Elagabalus and Severus Alexander.  She was instrumental in the revolt against Macrinus in 218.  She died in 223 AD.
