Obv: Bust of Zeus wearing the horns of Ammon right
 
Rev: Eagle standing left on a thunderbolt "PTOLEMAIOU BASILEWS"  lotus flower in front and "EYA" between the eagle's legs
 
The "EYA" between the eagles legs is may be for "Eulaias".  He and Lennios were regents during this reign following the death of Ptolemy VI's mother in 176 BC.
