Macrinus AE denarius (possibly ancient imitation), struck AD 218 at Rome mint.
Obv: IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust right.
Rev: PONTIF MAX TR P II COS P P, Macrinus standing in triumphal quadriga, holding sceptre and branch, crowned by Victory standing behind him.
