Senior suggests that the marks above the Kharoshthi letter on the reverse might represent a nandipada, which may well be. Given that other coins in the series have Greek letters in that place, it seems an omicron with crescent above might be another possibility.
A CHOICE coin, better in hand than the photo would suggest.
