Luxurious reissue of the catalogue of the extraordinary auction COLLECTION OF SPANISH PAPER CURRENCY held on March 9, 1994 by the Retiro de Caja de Madrid Auction House and belonging to the eminent collector and merchant, numismatist and philatelic Don José A. Vicenti, distinguished precursor and author of catalogues of Spanish banknotes, coins and stamps. Lujosa reedición del catálogo de la subasta extraordinaria COLECCION DE PAPEL MONEDA ESPAÑOL realizada el 9 de Marzo de 1994 por la Casa de Subastas Retiro de Caja de Madrid y perteneciente al eminente coleccionista y comerciante notafílico, numismático y filatélico Don José A. Vicenti, insigne precursor y autor de catálogos tanto de billetes como de monedas y sellos españoles. La grandeza de la figura de Vicenti lo demuestra, entre otros muchos aspectos, el hecho de que la estructura del actual catálogo de Edifil se base, precisamente, en su amplia experiencia y vastos conocimientos (con posterioridad, dicha estructura fue ampliada por Don Félix Cuquerella). Este catálogo incorpora la mayoría de las piezas referenciadas en el catálogo Edifil, especialmente las consideradas únicas o extremadamente raras, y  junto con la colección del propio Banco de España puede considerarse el mayor compendio de billetes emitido por dicho banco. Sin duda, estamos ante un catálogo de referencia que no debe faltar en ninguna biblioteca de alto nivel o coleccionista avanzado del billetario español.
