HUNNIC TRIBES, Sind or Punjab. AR Damma (1.25 g), circa 600-700. with two Brahmi characters below group of pellets above one pellet. Rev. uniface. Very fine. Apparently unpublished and unique.

This coin belongs to an enigmatic series called \'the four-dot\' series by Fishman & Todd. They are perhaps of Hunnic origin and show a distinctive Cha known also from Nasik in central India and the Vadodara inscriptions in Gujarat.
