EUCRATIDES THE GREAT, KING OF BACTRIA. CA. 170-145 BC. SILVER TETRADRACHM.

Struck in Pushkalavati. Diademed bust of the king right, wearing crested Boatian helmet,
adorned with ear and horn of bull. Fillet border./The dioscuri charging right, holding spears and palms.
In right field monogram. Mitchiner 177 e ( Typ). SNG ANS 465. Bop. Ser. 6 ( E).

Excellent portrait in high relief, nicely toned and extremely fine.
