garbled EN TOYTO NIKA legend, standing imperial figure holding long staff surmounted by a cross in right hand and globus cruciger in left.
Reverse.Uncial letter M, ANA downwards left and NEO right, Γ betweem limbs of M, cross above, unidentifiable letters below.

Very fine for issue.

The uncial letter M was borrowed either from a follis of Heraclius ( AD 610-641) or Contans II  DOC class 5 that features of the obverse a bearded emperor, instrduced AD 655/56.It is most probable, however, that the prototype was a follis of Heraclius.
