Good very fine, obverse small dig before brow and multiple hairline scratches before bust. (The scratches as not as bad as the camera has picked up )
This coin expands the reverse legend that is not completed in RPC IV. We can add to the legend FEL and NI for either NI(NI) or NI(NIC) followed by the letter V.
